UK returns are free at Discounted Sunglasses. You must use a free returns postage label supplied by Discounted Sunglasses.
Extended Returns Period
We're extending our returns period. Orders purchased on or after 15/11/2021 will now be able to return up to 12/01/2022. Your 30 day returns policy still takes priority if 30 days after your purchase is after 10/01/2022.
You must return your item in the original condition that we provided it to you. This must be unworn and returned with all the relevant eyewear packaging, cases, manufacturing information and cleaning cloths provided.
We reserve the right to not provide a full refund if the item has obvious signs of being used before being returned and abusing the extended returns period.

Return your product(s) for exchange or refund quibble free as long as the product is unworn and in its original case and box. Terms for exchanges or returns listed below.
30 DAY RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you must contact us by e-mail within 15 days of receipt at [email protected] to confirm you wish to cancel your purchase. You then have another 15 days to return the item(s) to us in their original condition. To return an item, products must be in the same condition we sent them to you. Products must be unworn and in their original case and box.
Prescription sunglasses and frames fitted with a prescription are customised for you, you cannot return prescription orders. Products supplied in a cellophane wrapper (such as contact lenses) can only be returned for refund or exchange if the cellophane wrapper remains intact and in a resalable condition.

FREE RETURNS LABEL
UK returns are free at Discounted Sunglasses. If you require a returns label from us, simply call us on 01376 321628 (9.00am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday) or email us at [email protected], and we can arrange to have one emailed to you.
We will not refund return costs where the customer has used alternative methods to return an item unless previously agreed by us in an email.
Once a return is received, a refund will be processed within 7 days of the item being received, typically 48 hours.
Once an item(s) has been dispatched from our warehouse we cannot alter, amend or divert the shipment until it has either been delivered, whereupon you have up to 30 days to return for exchange or refund as per the terms above, or, the item(s) has been returned-to-sender and is in our possession.
